Josh Turner | Owner and Managing Attorney
Mr. Turner’s practice areas include all areas of Family and Domestic Relations Law Matters, Guardianship Matters, Parental Rights Termination, Business and Contract Law. Mr. Turner is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona and the Federal District Court for the State of Arizona. Mr. Turner completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and his Juris Doctor at Phoenix School of Law, now known as the Arizona Summit Law School.
Jessica Sos | Associate
Before employment at The Turner Law Firm PLLC, Jessica was Chief Compliance Officer at Laffer Tengler Investments, Inc. Experience at Laffer Tengler provides Jessica with knowledge of the highly complex scope of federal law.
Ms. Sos’s has experience in contracts, Arizona law practices, policies and procedures, and legal duties and responsibilities which make her an exceptional Family law attorney. For example, Jessica developed and implemented robust control, oversight, and monitoring systems as the lead identifier of gaps and operations risk exposure and reported findings to high-level corporate officers. This position offered Jessica the financial acumen she employs today to evaluate a client’s and the opposing party’s assets and financial portfolio to distribute property proportionally between each party.
During law school, Jessica grew passionate about family law after completing a family law judicial clerkship for Judge Todd Lang and a family law internship at Mushkatel, Robbins, & Becker PLLC. Jessica understands that family matters can be contentious, challenging, and emotionally draining. Jessica strives to help facilitate this process for all of her clients by keeping her clients abreast of the status of their cases to make informed decisions and obtain the result they seek.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Political Science from the School of Political Science and Government at the University of Arizona and a J.D. from Loyola University School of Law.
When not practicing law, Jessica enjoys playing tennis, hiking, swimming, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Luis Torrero | Associate (Pending Admission)
Luis Torrero serves as a Family Law Associate at the firm (Pending Admission) , where he advocates for clients across a spectrum of legal matters. Specializing in family law and domestic relations, Mr. Torrero acknowledges the unique circumstances driving each case. Educated in two countries, Mr. Torrero first pursued his legal studies at the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Mexico, earning his degree in 2018 and graduating in the Top 5% of his class. During his tenure in Mexico, he gained experience across diverse legal domains including criminal defense, civil litigation, and tax law. Subsequently, Mr. Torrero pursued further legal education at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, culminating in his attainment of a Juris Doctor Degree. During his academic pursuit, Mr. Torrero assumed leadership roles as President of the Latino Law Student Association and as an Arizona Law Ambassador. During his free time, Mr. Torrero indulges in pursuits such as wine tasting, hiking, and exploring new destinations.
